Description

  • Support raters in skill development and guide best practices for accurate, consistent ratings.
  • Facilitate client test rounds and help clarify templates, workflows, and quality expectations.
  • Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow template instructions and peer consensus standards.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and quality insights.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, improve understanding, and support problem-solving.
  • Draft client-facing emails, questions, and feedback with clarity and relevance.
  • Present information and concepts using documentation and clear communication tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Work with clients and CEM to understand requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct independent evaluations to maintain and improve project proficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience.
  • Knowledge of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.
  • German language required.
  • English B2 required for oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and local customs and societal norms.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.
  • Experience with active listening, effective communication, proactiveness, cultural adaptability, psychological safety, and research skills.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $19.55/hour.
  • 30 hours/week with the possibility of extension to 40 hours/week.
