Description

  • Support raters in developing skills and applying best practices for accurate, consistent ratings.
  • Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow template instructions and peer consensus processes.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and data-driven insights.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, deepen understanding, and support problem-solving.
  • Write client-facing emails, questions, and feedback with clarity and relevance.
  • Present information and concepts using documentation and clear communication aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Work with clients and CEM to run test rounds and understand quality benchmarks and requirements.
  • Conduct independent evaluations to maintain and improve project proficiency and skill quality.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience.
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.
  • German language required.
  • English B2 required for oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of U.S. and local customs and societal norms.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.
  • Experience with active listening, effective communication, empathy, proactiveness, cultural adaptability, and psychological safety cultivation.
