Description

  • Support raters in developing their skills and applying best practices for accurate, consistent ratings.
  • Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow template instructions and peer consensus standards.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and quality issues that inform decisions.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, deepen understanding, and support problem-solving.
  • Write client-ready emails, questions, and feedback that are clear, relevant, and tailored to communication needs.
  • Present information and concepts using documentation and clear communication aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Work with clients and CEM to conduct test rounds, understand requirements, and align on quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct evaluations independently to maintain and improve project proficiency and skill.
  • Coach and mentor raters to improve rating accuracy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience.
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.
  • French language knowledge required.
  • English B2 proficiency required, including oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of U.S. and project-locale customs and societal norms.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.
  • Experience working in a freelance capacity is relevant to the role.
