Description

  • Support raters in developing best practices for accurate and consistent ratings.
  • Facilitate client test rounds and help align work to templates, workflows, and quality expectations.
  • Create and validate annotation selection and gold sets according to template instructions.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, clarify requirements, and support problem-solving.
  • Write client-facing emails, questions, feedback, and other communication materials.
  • Present information and concepts clearly using documentation and communication strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Work with clients and CEM to run test rounds and understand expected quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct independent evaluations and tier 2 reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience is required.
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies is required.
  • Dutch language proficiency is required.
  • English B2 proficiency is required for oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and project-local customs and societal norms is required.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact is required.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies is required.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is preferred.
  • Experience in a project-based freelance environment with the possibility of extension is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $27.97/hour.
  • 30 hours per week with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours per week.
