Description

  • Support raters in skill development by guiding best practices for accurate and consistent ratings.
  • Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow template instructions and peer-driven consensus standards.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information and support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Write client-facing emails, questions, and feedback with clarity and relevance.
  • Present information using documentation and clear communication aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Work with clients and CEM to conduct test rounds and understand quality benchmarks and requirements.
  • Conduct independent evaluations to maintain and improve project proficiency.
  • Perform tier 2 reviews to identify patterns and areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience.
  • Experience with data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Dutch language proficiency required.
  • English B2 proficiency required for oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and local customs and societal norms.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand societal impact.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.

Benefits

  • $28/hour hourly rate.
  • 30 hours per week, with the possibility of extension to 40 hours per week.
