Description

Translate clinical research, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical-device documents from English into Estonian.
Perform machine translation post-editing (MTPE) for machine-translated safety content.
Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Meet strict, non-extendable deadlines for time-sensitive content.
Work in client CAT tool environments, including XTM and Phrase.
Use Microsoft Word Track Changes according to project-specific instructions.

Requirements

Meet one education/experience pathway: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies; a graduate qualification in another field plus 2+ years of full-time translation experience; or 5+ years of full-time translation experience.
Have at least 2 years of practical life sciences and medical translation experience, including clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and medical devices.
Experience translating documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, patient materials, SmPCs, PILs, labels, CTD modules, PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, SAE/AEs, and instructions for use.
Be familiar with CAT tools such as XTM, Phrase, or MemoQ.
Be familiar with Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
Be willing to complete an onboarding and quality assessment.
Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Translation, Linguistics, Philology, or a related field (preferred).
In-house experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company (preferred).
