Description

  • Review and support digital video and audio playback workflows.
  • Troubleshoot video, system, and playback issues and identify root causes.
  • Respond quickly and decisively to operational issues as they arise.
  • Propose short- and long-term solutions based on recurring trends and problems.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • Collaborate with team members using effective verbal and written communication.
  • Support content-related work involving subscription video services and their product offerings.

Requirements

  • American Sign Language or British Sign Language proficiency is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with digital video.
  • Strong working knowledge of common technical issues in digital video and audio.
  • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
  • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with subscription video content services and familiarity with their product offerings.
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Professional or advanced proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization with no sponsorship required.
