Description

  • Review short audio transcriptions of approximately 5 seconds for accuracy and guideline adherence.
  • Approve correct transcriptions or reject those that need correction with clear, actionable feedback.
  • Identify and correct issues in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
  • Support analysts by providing constructive feedback that improves overall transcription quality.
  • Flag recurring quality issues to the project lead for resolution.
  • Help ensure transcription output meets quality standards for the AI training project.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Swedish.
  • Exceptional written Swedish with expert-level grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle formatting and guideline errors.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
  • Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
  • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
