Description

  • Review short audio transcriptions of approximately 5 seconds for accuracy and guideline adherence.
  • Approve accurate transcriptions and reject those that require correction, providing clear feedback.
  • Correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
  • Support analysts by giving constructive written feedback to improve quality.
  • Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.
  • Help ensure transcription quality and compliance with project standards.
  • Contribute to an AI training data project that improves how AI understands spoken language.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
  • Exceptional written Spanish with expert-level grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle formatting and guideline errors.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
  • Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
  • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
