Description

  • Review short audio transcriptions of about 5 seconds for accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Approve accurate transcriptions and reject items that require correction, providing clear actionable feedback.
  • Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
  • Support Analysts by giving constructive written feedback to improve overall quality.
  • Flag recurring transcription or guideline issues to the project lead for resolution.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese (Portugal).
  • Exceptional written language skills with expert-level grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle formatting and guideline errors.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
  • Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
  • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
