Description

  • Review short audio transcriptions of about 5 seconds for accuracy and guideline adherence.
  • Approve accurate transcriptions or reject those that need correction with clear, actionable feedback.
  • Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
  • Support analysts by providing constructive feedback to improve overall transcription quality.
  • Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.
  • Contribute to a high-profile AI training data project that improves transcription quality for voice AI systems.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in German.
  • Exceptional written German with expert-level grammar, punctuation, and style usage.
  • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle formatting and guideline errors.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
  • Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
  • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
