Description

  • Review short audio transcriptions of about 5 seconds for accuracy and guideline adherence.
  • Approve correct transcriptions or reject them with specific, actionable written feedback.
  • Identify and correct punctuation, formatting, and style-guide errors.
  • Support analysts by providing constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
  • Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.
  • Help maintain transcription quality for a high-profile voice AI training data project.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in French (Belgium).
  • Exceptional written language skills with expert-level grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for subtle formatting or guideline errors.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
  • Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
  • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.
  • Remote work location in Belgium.
  • Freelance availability for a project starting ASAP and lasting about 6 weeks, with possible extension.
