Description

  • Engage prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
  • Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain client communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report progress on business development activities.
  • Contribute to client growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year; Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes preferred.
  • Availability to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, six days per week.
