Description

  • Contribute strategically to large-scale campaigns with nuanced, brand-aligned design decisions.
  • Present creative ideas directly to clients and turn ambiguous feedback into actionable tasks for the creative team.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality under shifting requirements.
  • Defend design choices to senior leadership while balancing budget, scope changes, and brand integrity.
  • Identify emerging social trends and cultural opportunities that remain true to the brand.
  • Create content across photography, videography, design, and platform-specific tools.
  • Ideate, build, shoot, and edit stories tailored to each social platform.
  • Design visually engaging presentations, mockups, and light retouching to support client pitches.
  • Collaborate with a large creative team from ideation through execution.
  • Propose innovative brand activations using generative AI and develop production-ready visual concepts and storyboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a design, motion, or editing role.
  • A portfolio demonstrating understanding of short-form content best practices and channels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of motion/video workflows.
  • Comfort collaborating across departments and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to navigate team dynamics effectively.
  • Experience using tools to develop production-ready visual concepts and storyboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Gemini for Google Slides to rapidly transform briefs into presentation decks is preferred.
