Description

Manage production workload against timelines set by the Producer or Project Manager.
Monitor project progress and adjust work as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in defining and executing production standards for each project.
Troubleshoot production challenges and develop practical solutions.
Translate creative intent into technically sound final files.
Ensure files meet client brand standards and reproduction specifications.
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating across departments.
Maintain file hygiene, naming conventions, backups, and version control.
Enter time accurately and on time in Workamajig.
Support additional production-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a creative production role; agency experience is a plus.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
Expertise in presentation production using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Expertise in Figma.
Experience with Google Cloud applications such as Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
Experience with interactive PDFs and HTML is a plus.
Strong design, color, and typography skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to identify problems proactively and devise solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
