Description

  • Create brand identities from scratch, including logos, brand guidelines, visual systems, and identity packages.
  • Design social media assets such as posts, stories, covers, carousels, reels, and video content.
  • Edit and produce videos in CapCut using archive material, AI-generated content, stock footage, interviews, and institutional pieces.
  • Build and update sales decks, proposals, internal presentations, and event materials.
  • Own the visual design of the Arionkoder website in Framer.
  • Build reusable design systems and AI-powered design infrastructure using Claude skills, Canva templates, and CapCut templates.
  • Ensure every launch ships with a consistent visual identity.
  • Work across external and internal communications needs across the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or visual communication.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social media, video, and presentation work.
  • Expertise in Figma, Google Slides, Canva, and CapCut Pro.
  • Experience with Framer for web design.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple formats and stakeholders.
  • UX/UI design knowledge, including design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI-powered design or content generation tools (nice to have).
  • Experience working in tech, SaaS, AI, or design-driven environments (nice to have).
