Description

  • Dedicate 10-12 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Join two 30-minute weekly check-ins on the project.
  • Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account each week across at least two accounts.
  • Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media.
  • Write platform-optimized captions and post copy that match each account’s distinct voice.
  • Use the company’s content database, including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds.
  • Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to refine the content strategy.
  • Track performance metrics and audience engagement patterns to guide future content.
  • Collaborate with team members and content leadership on cross-platform initiatives and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience creating meme or short-form social content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, or similar platforms.
  • Strong platform fluency and awareness of internet trends before they reach the mainstream.
  • Ability to create compelling, shareable content quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on contract, remote roles.
  • Availability to commit 10-12 hours weekly.
  • Ability to participate in two 30-minute weekly check-ins.
  • Experience working across vertical video-first content strategies (preferred).
  • Interest or familiarity with news, finance, and culture topics (preferred).
