Description

  • Categorize transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
  • Apply payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Use industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan, with training provided if needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
