Description

  • Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients in the engineering, architecture, and construction sectors.
  • Warm up leads by understanding client needs and positioning Uptalent.io as a relevant solution.
  • Nurture leads so they are well-suited for further follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support closing opportunities when needed.
  • Generate high-quality leads that can convert into paying clients and long-term accounts.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients to support recurring commission-based conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.
  • Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to creating value.
  • Experience working with remote talent services or similar B2B offerings is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
