Description

  • Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients who may benefit from remote architectural and engineering talent.
  • Warm up leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with Uptalent.io’s services.
  • Position Uptalent.io as a solution for companies seeking qualified remote talent in the AEC sector.
  • Ensure leads are nurtured toward becoming paying clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help finalize conversions when needed.
  • Generate high-quality leads that can convert into long-term clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.
  • Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to creating value.
