Description

  • Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients who may need remote architectural and engineering talent.
  • Warm up leads by assessing client needs and positioning Uptalent.io as a solution.
  • Ensure leads are aligned for further nurturing and conversion into paying clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help finalize client conversions when needed.
  • Generate high-quality leads for remote talent services that can become long-term clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients within the AEC sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.
  • Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to creating value.
  • Experience in a partnership-based or commission-driven sales role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with no fixed hours.
  • Strong familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
