Description

  • Interpret spoken communication between English- and Thai-speaking parties accurately during live calls.
  • Facilitate clear understanding between callers and operators by conveying messages in the preferred language of each party.
  • Handle calls across a range of subject areas, including healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
  • Support both simple and complex conversations, including technical and non-technical topics.
  • Work from a home office in a quiet and secure environment.
  • Follow a rotating night-shift schedule as assigned by the client.
  • Work 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Attend and complete the 3-week daytime training program Monday to Friday.
  • Maintain availability to work on public holidays as the operation runs 24/7.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Fluent in Thai, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Must be able to work from home.
  • Must have a mobile phone with Android 12 or above, or iOS 15 or above.
  • Must own a laptop with an updated operating system/version.
  • Must be willing to work rotating night shifts within the required 24-hour schedule.
  • Must be available for 9-hour rotating shifts, with 2 days off per week on rotating days.
  • Must be willing to work on public holidays.
  • Must be located in one of the open markets: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, or Cambodia.
  • Must be available for a 12-month contract that is renewable.

Benefits

  • Salary of RM30 per hour, with a minimum monthly estimate of RM4,800 for 160 hours.
