Description

  • Interpret conversations between English and Thai during live calls.
  • Translate spoken communication clearly and accurately in real time.
  • Handle calls from industries including healthcare, education, banking, and insurance.
  • Complete daily reports and required documentation.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive conversations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Thai.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
  • Stable internet connection with download speed above 5 Mbps and upload speed above 3 Mbps.
  • Own a laptop, MacBook, or Chromebook with a webcam.
  • Own a mobile phone with Android 13+ or iOS 16+.
  • Open to candidates from Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
  • Must complete pre-assessment, English assessment (AMCAT), native language assessment (eLPT), and training.
  • Willing to work rotational night shifts and follow assigned schedules.

Benefits

  • Starting salary from RM4,800 per month.
  • 12-month renewable contract.
  • Work from home remote arrangement.
  • Training provided for the first 7 weeks, including day shift and night shift training.
  • 5–6 working days per week with assigned shift schedules.
