Description

  • Interpret live conversations accurately between English-speaking operators and callers using the caller’s preferred language.
  • Facilitate communication during calls involving simple or complex, technical or non-technical topics.
  • Support interactions across healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
  • Ensure both parties understand each other by conveying messages clearly and completely.
  • Work from a quiet and secure home office environment.
  • Follow the client’s required rotating schedule for 9-hour shifts within a 24-hour operation.
  • Work on public holidays as needed for a 24/7 operation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Must be able to work from home.
  • Must own a mobile phone with Android 12 or above or iOS 15 or above.
  • Must own a laptop with an updated version.
  • Must be willing to work rotating 9-hour night shifts within a 24-hour schedule.
  • Must be available for 2 rotating days off per week.
  • Must be willing to work on public holidays.
  • Open to candidates located in Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand only.
