Description

  • Deliver migration assessments for on-premises Informatica Axon Data Governance, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), and IDQ to IDMC/CDGC/CDQ.
  • Execute migration of EDC catalog source configurations and enrichments to CDGC using AI-enabled tools and accelerators.
  • Migrate Axon and EDC enrichments into CDGC assets, including glossary associations, business names and descriptions, data classifications, custom attributes, certifications, ratings, and stakeholder assignments.
  • Plan and execute EDC metadata source migration using phased manual and tooling-assisted approaches where no direct automated path exists.
  • Migrate legacy IDQ data quality rules and specifications into equivalent CDQ Rule Specifications within IDMC.
  • Embed CDQ data quality transformations within CDI mappings that route records into the on-premises MDM hub.
  • Conduct post-migration validation, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Provide post-deployment hyper-care, issue resolution, and performance tuning after go-live.
  • Ensure delivery quality and timely execution of project milestones.

Requirements

  • Proven track record migrating from Axon, EDC, and IDQ to IDMC cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of CDI/CDQ pipelines as the integration and quality enforcement layer for on-premises Informatica MDM domains.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and accelerators to reduce manual effort and migration risk during governance and quality migrations.
  • Experience with domain and subdomain schema creation, glossary associations, business names and descriptions, data classifications, custom attributes, certifications, ratings, and stakeholder assignments.
  • Experience with financial services, insurance, banking, or enterprise organizations with complex data governance and data quality mandates.
  • Informatica certification such as IDMC Professional or an equivalent data governance/data quality certification (preferred).
  • Financial services industry experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Experience with Informatica Claire AI / Copilot for AI-powered metadata enrichment and governance automation within IDMC (preferred).
