Description

  • Provide interpretation support in Mandarin or Cantonese and English for a U.S. client during peak Pacific Time hours.
  • Work a permanent night shift from home on a 9-hour schedule, 5 days per week.
  • Support live interpreter calls without handling escalations or resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain reliable home internet service that meets the required broadband or optic fibre standard.
  • Complete one month of provided training before starting full duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English plus Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Able to read and write Mandarin or Cantonese at a basic level.
  • Willing to work permanent night shifts.
  • Able to work from home and support U.S. peak hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Home internet with optic fibre or broadband that meets requirements.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Compensation of RM4,800 to RM5,200 per month, or RM30 per hour.
  • One month of training provided with a RM4,300 training allowance.
