Description

  • Provide interpretation support for a US client during peak Pacific Time hours.
  • Work a permanent night shift from home on a 9-hour schedule, 5 days per week.
  • Handle live interpreter calls without dealing with escalations or resolution tasks.
  • Complete one month of paid training before starting regular duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese at a basic level.
  • Willing to work permanent night shifts.
  • Able to work from home and support US peak hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Have home internet that meets requirements, such as optic fibre or broadband.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • 9 hours per shift, 5 days per week.
  • Salary range of RM4,800 to RM5,200 per month, or RM30 per hour.
  • One month of training provided with a training allowance of RM4,300.
