Description

  • Interpret spoken communication between English and Mandarin or Cantonese speakers.
  • Support US peak-hour operations during permanent night shift hours.
  • Work a 9-hour shift, 5 days per week, from home.
  • Follow the job scope without handling escalations or providing resolutions.
  • Complete one month of training before starting regular duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Basic ability to read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
  • Ability to work from home and support US Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Home internet connection that meets requirements, such as optic fibre or broadband.
  • Entry-level candidates are eligible.
  • Availability to work 9 hours per shift, 5 days a week.
  • Preferred hourly pay structure at RM30.00 per hour, with salary from RM4,800 to RM5,200.
  • Completion of one month of training.
  • Ability to receive training allowance of RM4,300 during the training period.
