Description

  • Provide Mandarin or Cantonese and English interpretation support for a US client during peak Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Work permanent night shifts from home on a 9-hour, 5-day schedule.
  • Support interpretation duties without handling escalations or providing resolutions.
  • Complete a one-month training program before starting regular duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English plus Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Basic ability to read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shift hours.
  • Ability to work from home with a stable home internet connection using optic fibre or broadband that meets requirements.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Availability for a 9-hour shift, 5 days per week.
  • Comfortable supporting US peak hours in the Pacific Time Zone.

Benefits

  • Salary from RM4,800 to RM5,200 per month.
  • Hourly pay rate of RM30.00.
  • One-month training provided with a RM4,300 training allowance.
