Description

  • Run weekly leadership and department meetings, including five recurring sessions and biweekly Founder meetings, live during U.S. Central time.
  • Track quarterly Rocks across departments and require evidence-based progress updates.
  • Unblock cross-functional issues and ensure decisions have clear owners and deadlines.
  • Drive launches, initiatives, and new product rollouts approved by leadership.
  • Lead hiring for approved roles, including interviews, offers, onboarding, and performance conversations.
  • Make temporary operational structure and ownership decisions while documenting changes for the returning Integrator.
  • Resolve execution priorities, resource conflicts, and ownership disputes between teams.
  • Escalate vision, strategy, major financial commitments, and termination decisions to the Founder.
  • Maintain the company’s operating rhythm across Product, Platform, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Business Services.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Integrator, Chief of Staff, or operations leader in a growing company.
  • Working knowledge of EOS or a similar operating system.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to keep discussions focused and drive decisions.
  • Direct communication style and ability to lead with recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional execution and initiatives.
  • Comfort working with AI tools such as Claude.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Availability for 25 hours per week, flexing up to 30 hours during heavier periods.
  • Availability to attend required meetings live during U.S. Central time.
  • Completion of the CultureIndex Survey and submission of a CV through Workable.
