Description

  • Own growth for target accounts by identifying, qualifying, and closing new revenue opportunities within existing and target client organizations.
  • Continuously assess client technology landscapes to uncover pain points and build actionable sales pipelines.
  • Lead senior C-suite discussions and structure commercial proposals that secure long-term investment.
  • Collaborate with directors and marketing to turn delivery outcomes into case studies, client success stories, and pitch materials.
  • Act as a trusted executive advisor and build long-term strategic client relationships.
  • Partner with a director to create account strategy roadmaps and deliver revenue targets.
  • Work closely with delivery leads to stay aligned on milestones, protect active revenue streams, and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to mitigate risks, resolve friction points, and identify new budget streams.
  • Travel to UK client sites and quarterly to Bermuda to maintain executive presence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consultancy, enterprise account management, or client partner roles.
  • Strong track record of account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Deep experience in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and data platforms.
  • Ability to spot opportunities, structure commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new engagements.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-scaling consultancy environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across delivery teams, sales, and executive leadership.
  • UK-based and available for occasional client site visits plus quarterly travel to Bermuda.
  • Outside IR35 contract availability for a 6-month initial term, with potential extension.
