Description

Participate in training sessions to learn the company’s educational products and user needs.
Answer client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
Engage potential clients through phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and explain the program’s value.
Build strong relationships with parents by understanding students’ academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
Develop and execute plans to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Monitor sales performance and refine outreach approaches to improve conversion results.
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to support smooth enrollment and program delivery.
Provide personalized support to parents throughout their time with Think Academy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
1-2+ years of experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents and students effectively.
Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed.
Empathetic toward parents’ needs and concerns.
High responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
