Description

  • Participate in training sessions to learn the company’s educational products and user needs.
  • Answer client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
  • Engage potential clients through phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and explain the program’s value.
  • Build strong relationships with parents by understanding students’ academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and refine outreach approaches to improve conversion results.
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to support smooth enrollment and program delivery.
  • Provide personalized support to parents throughout their time with Think Academy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents and students effectively.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed.
  • Empathetic toward parents’ needs and concerns.
  • High responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
