Description

  • Scan current bank client job openings and match them with candidates from The Symicor Group’s database of more than 17,000 bankers across the U.S.
  • Match bank job openings with candidates in the ATS (Bullhorn).
  • Use banking knowledge to evaluate and present candidates to The Symicor Group’s clients and candidates.
  • Promote The Symicor Group brand across multiple markets and professional communities.
  • Support candidate-job alignment through accurate and efficient analysis of databases and recruiting information.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of banking experience is required.
  • Five or more years of banking experience is a must.
  • Recruiting experience in a financial institution is preferred.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS System is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of banking positions and the skills required across various job families.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, web-based recruiting systems, internet tools, and direct sourcing methods.
  • General knowledge of recruitment policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws, including Diversity Legislation, FLSA, and VEVRAA.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
