Description

Design and execute on-brand content for social platforms, including static posts, motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels.
Concept and design email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to develop compelling visuals.
Create visuals that drive engagement across social, email, paid social, and digital advertising channels.
Stay current on design trends, social media inspiration, and emerging online content formats.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or social media creative.
Experience in beauty is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience designing for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social content.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
Must have experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe AI, Perplexity, Replit, and Sora.
Vibe coding experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a digital space.
Passion for beauty, fashion, and digital marketing trends.
