Description

  • Manage recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering roles from intake and sourcing through screening and interview coordination.
  • Recruit Validation/CQV Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Process Engineers, Project Engineers, and related technical professionals.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive talent in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and GMP-regulated markets.
  • Build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs involving GMP, manufacturing, engineering, and capital projects.
  • Screen candidates for technical experience, project background, industry knowledge, availability, compensation expectations, and alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to clarify requirements, timelines, project needs, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation, competitive hiring activity, and sourcing challenges.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
  • Manage multiple searches and shifting priorities while maintaining strong candidate and hiring-manager communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including significant technical or engineering recruiting in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing.
  • Experience recruiting Technical Operations roles such as Validation/CQV, Facilities, Reliability, Capital Projects, Process Engineering, Utilities, and related positions.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets supporting GMP manufacturing, capital projects, facilities/utilities, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple technical requisitions while maintaining urgency and candidate quality.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and become productive with limited ramp-up time.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS preferred; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
