Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls and email.
  • Troubleshoot basic Wi‑Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues.
  • Identify root causes of technical problems and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent German (C1/C2, spoken and written) and English (B2+/C1).
  • Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi and Ethernet connectivity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role (a plus).
