Description

  • Deliver customer support via email and phone calls.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and issues.
  • Support customers throughout the purchase process.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues over the phone.
  • Stay current on product changes and updates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency at C1 level for both written and spoken communication.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with a wide product range.
  • Ability to use technical terminology and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Pre-sales experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
