Description

  • Deliver customer support through phone calls, chats, and email.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and meet KPIs.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely.

  • Keep current with evolving tools and technologies.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • C1-level English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
  • At least 6 months of customer support experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk or advanced experience with another CRM.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible work attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
