Description

  • Perform initial review of high-volume commercial agreements, including NDAs, master services agreements, and vendor arrangements.
  • Review AI-generated first-pass markups and apply independent legal judgment to finalize contract edits.
  • Apply client-specific legal playbooks accurately and consistently across standard transactions.
  • Escalate issues outside established guidance to quality control for final decision-making.
  • Identify and flag confidentiality and commercial risks in contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate ticket status and ensure clean handoffs across shifts.
  • Manage a fast-paced, high-volume review queue while meeting turnaround windows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in legal contract review.
  • Hands-on NDA review experience under US or UK law.
  • Strong background in high-volume commercial contract review environments.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI tools in legal work and interest in AI/legal technology.
  • Ability to work accurately from detailed legal playbooks and client-specific instructions.
  • LL.M. from a U.S. or UK institution preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate independently in a 100% remote role on a fixed schedule.
  • Fluent in written and spoken legal English with strong command of legal terminology.
