Description

  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for U.S.-based startup roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority go-to-market and delivery roles with specialized skill sets.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and alternative channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and align on requirements.
  • Conduct recruiter screens assessing experience, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline progress in Greenhouse.
  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple open roles, recruiting priorities, and hiring metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for U.S.-based roles.
  • Hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, especially sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Proven success proactively sourcing high-caliber talent for specialized and high-priority roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using AI tools for sourcing, talent identification, research, outreach, or recruiting workflow efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, candidate identification, outreach, screening, and pipeline conversion.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal supervision.
  • U.S.-based and able to work during U.S. business hours or overlapping U.S. time zones.
  • Available for full-time work throughout the six-month contract and able to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Comfort with creative sourcing approaches and actively pursuing passive talent.
