Description

Edit high-quality video content that matches each brand’s style and tone of voice.
Create social media ads, including UGC, motion graphics, and high-production content.
Optimize video assets for TikTok, Meta, and other platforms to maximize engagement.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback and revisions.
Stay current with video trends and conversion-focused editing techniques.
Support performance marketing creative for multiple brands within the agency’s production team.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, preferably in e-commerce.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience using other video editing tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
Proficient in motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to take ownership, self-manage, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Valid portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant expertise.
