Description

  • Design and build quests, encounters, and narrative content using proprietary content systems.
  • Propose new content ideas and pitch them to studio leadership.
  • Iterate on content based on direct feedback from the creative director and leadership team.
  • Use real-time tooling to ship updates and see content appear in-game immediately.
  • Learn to write professional proposals and present ideas clearly.
  • Develop content for a live game with an established player base.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of creative work that demonstrates you can create and deliver content.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, especially RPGs, MMORPGs, indie games, and top-down or pixel art games.
  • Strong academic record or demonstrable critical thinking ability; university students, recent graduates, or postgrads preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work style.
  • Ability to take direct, sometimes brutal feedback and improve from it.
  • Availability to commit meaningful hours, not just occasional weekly check-ins.
  • Experience with game design tools such as engines, modding tools, or level editors (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of pixel art or top-down game aesthetics (nice to have).
  • Experience running D&D campaigns, tabletop RPGs, or gaming events (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with progression, quest design, encounter design, and narrative concepts (nice to have).
