Description

  • Plan and coordinate Slasify’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and market-facing events across key markets.
  • Manage event logistics end to end, including registration, booth setup, scheduling, and attendee coordination.
  • Liaise with event organizers and venue contacts to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
  • Document event outcomes and leads generated for post-event reporting.
  • Own procurement and inventory of trade show materials, business cards, flyers, banners, and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate with vendors on production timelines, quality checks, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage gifting for trade shows and market-facing activities.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, including print suppliers, event contractors, and collateral producers.
  • Assist with marketing operations, campaign logistics, asset distribution, follow-up activities, lead management, CRM updates, and basic performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to close loops without repeated prompting.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Based in Taiwan and comfortable working remotely in a distributed team.
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues early and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Strong eye for brand consistency in physical materials and event presence.
  • Experience with event coordination, vendor management, collateral procurement, basic budget tracking, digital marketing operations, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools and AI-assisted marketing execution.
  • Prior experience supporting trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, or B2B events is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both event marketing and digital marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, AI agents, or workflow automation to improve productivity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, technology, or startup environments is a plus.
