Description

  • Research and create detailed data entries for sports events, tournaments, and leagues.
  • Create new programs in the database when needed.
  • Research and compile background information on sports events.
  • Identify and merge duplicate or identical programs.
  • Double-check work and correct outstanding inconsistencies.
  • Ensure customer data sets are complete, timely, and accurate.
  • Maintain and improve the sports database used to deliver sports metadata worldwide.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Romania or Moldova.
  • Strong familiarity with major European football leagues such as the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1 is an advantage.
  • University degree in a relevant field such as Sports Management, Journalism, Business, or Data.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with data, databases, and online research tools.
  • Very comfortable using data search tools, computers, and databases.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Motivated to learn new tools and processes.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in an international team.
  • Passionate about metadata, sports, and user experience.
  • CV must be in English and include employment history with company name, job title, dates, location, and responsibilities.
  • CV must include education dates and graduation or expected graduation month/year.

Benefits

  • Freelancer-based collaboration.
  • Up to 750 EUR per month on a full-time allocation basis.
  • 40 hours per week full-time allocation.
