Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for agency roles from sourcing through offer.
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future roles.
  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess skills, culture fit, motivation, and salary alignment.
  • Create a candidate experience that is responsive, human, and transparent at every touchpoint.
  • Manage requisitions end-to-end in Lever, including candidate stages, feedback, and notes.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview feedback, and offer strategy.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Identify sourcing gaps or process friction points and propose proactive solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience running full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer with minimal oversight.
  • Track record of creative outbound sourcing beyond posting and waiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously without losing quality or urgency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent an employer brand authentically.
  • Comfort working across ATS, sourcing platforms, and video call tools, with ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Experience using an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Data-oriented approach with the ability to track personal metrics and use them to improve results.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive outcomes.
  • Skill in building rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: experience recruiting for digital marketing roles or prior ad agency experience.
