Description

  • Build relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and manage timely, professional communication.
  • Handle candidate travel arrangements and interview-related expenses.
  • Schedule post-interview debriefs, reference checks, and generate offer letters.
  • Contribute data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects to enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience programs.
