Description

  • Oversee finance-related SAP projects from planning through delivery and deployment.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP finance consultants to ensure successful implementations.
  • Design and implement SAP Finance (FICO) solutions and system configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Provide strategic direction to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
  • Drive process improvements across financial operations including GL, AP, AR, and Controlling.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and coordinate with cross-functional teams during projects.
  • Support change management initiatives and facilitate end-user training in the finance domain.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) with a strong focus on project leadership.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing SAP finance solutions and configurations.
  • Experience with Group Reporting implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with change management and delivering end-user trainings.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
