Description

  • Provide support for SAP FICO, Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), and Project Systems (PS) on S/4HANA Private Cloud.
  • Respond to on-call support requests and urgent break-fix incidents.
  • Resolve critical issues within the required 4-hour timeframe.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess urgent needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration across FICO, JVA, PS, MM, and HR Time Management modules.
  • Use Fiori apps to improve user experience and streamline processes.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across integrated SAP modules.
  • Support ongoing system optimizations aligned to industry-specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and support processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP FICO experience with specialized knowledge of Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and Project Systems (PS).
  • Strong integration experience across the SAP landscape.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud and Fiori apps is required.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP FICO with MM and HR Time Management modules.
  • Oil and Gas domain experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve critical issues under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting SAP JVA and PS modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
