Description

Manage and update the program playbook and PMO artifacts, including roadmaps, budgets, RAID logs, and related materials.
Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up items.
Maintain project documentation and approvals.
Collect weekly status updates from project owners and stakeholders.
Track readiness, training, communications, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Flag missing updates, overdue actions, and emerging tasks.
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to support Project and Program Managers.

Requirements

3-5 years of project management experience in professional, enterprise organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise programs, PMO activities, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communications, and proactive follow-up.
Industry experience in oil and gas or similar power/energy environments is highly preferred.
Exposure working within a PMO (Project Management Office) is required.
Proficient experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and project owners to obtain status updates.
Strong judgment for prioritizing competing needs and managing escalations.
Ability to move quickly, obtain information, and work proactively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline required.
Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.
Long-term remote work availability in MT and CT time zones.
