Description

  • Manage and update the program playbook and PMO artifacts, including roadmaps, budgets, RAID logs, and related materials.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up items.
  • Maintain project documentation and approvals.
  • Collect weekly status updates from project owners and stakeholders.
  • Track readiness, training, communications, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  • Flag missing updates, overdue actions, and emerging tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to support Project and Program Managers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in professional, enterprise organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise programs, PMO activities, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communications, and proactive follow-up.
  • Industry experience in oil and gas or similar power/energy environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure working within a PMO (Project Management Office) is required.
  • Proficient experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and project owners to obtain status updates.
  • Strong judgment for prioritizing competing needs and managing escalations.
  • Ability to move quickly, obtain information, and work proactively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline required.
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.
  • Long-term remote work availability in MT and CT time zones.
