Description

  • Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Provide strategic planning support for projects and workflows, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment.
  • Create and deliver executive-ready communication materials, presentations, messaging, and end-user communications.
  • Develop training materials such as decks, job aids, guides, and digital or asynchronous learning assets.
  • Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training elements.
  • Ensure change activities align with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Evaluate project phases and workflows and develop solutions that influence decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in change management with direct ownership of project delivery outcomes.
  • Strong project management consulting experience.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® or equivalent recognized change management certification required.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with system implementations such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, and related changes or enhancements.
  • Industry experience in environmental and/or industrial services highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, communications, and training development.
  • Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with e-learning tools such as Storyboard, Rise, and/or Camtasia helpful.
  • Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and frontline audiences.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Professional executive presence and ability to work on video for meetings, workshops, and training.
  • Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers.
  • Must be available for a 6-month, full-time remote consulting engagement, working mostly CST with some PST, MST, and EST flexibility.

Benefits

  • Expected annual salary range of $80,000-$135,000.
